Barbell squats aren’t the problem. Forgetting to include your unilateral movement and stability is. Do both! - 20s = Push as much weight as possible. 30s = Push as much weight as possible through full ROM while challenging my stability and balance. - I still pick up the barbell, and it is typically to perform a heavy squat or reverse lunge.
