I know I lost a good chunk of weight and also really need to lock in and lose a way bit more for my health but I struggle with motivation and also body issues. When you watch reality shows and someone loses almost 100 pounds and you see them and they look like a whole new person, but I’m still fat after that and didn’t really get that satisfaction of a dramatic change. I know it was hard work and I should be proud and I hate that I care about looks but feeling like I haven’t seen myself differently kind of makes my motivation go away. Does that make sense? I’m bad at describing how I feel or how it sounds in my mind. I really want to lose more and be stronger and healthier I just don’t know how to continue with motivation. I work a full time and part time job, I’m tired all the time, my rooms a mess, I don’t work on art anymore. I feel like I’m in a hole. Anyone in my shoes before know a way out? I also get comments like wow it’s been years and you’re still fat, it’s hard and different for eveyone. I talked to my dr about ozempic but don’t know if it’s for me.I’ll take any advice I want June to be a good month in the right direction. Sorry if this is random I feel like I annoy everyone but was in my feelings lol.
