Heute haben wir auf unserem Ramadan-Tisch Lauchdolma zum Iftar gemacht – aber in einer ganz besonderen Variante! 😋 Wir haben den Lauch in Teleskopform gebracht und gefüllt 🔭 Mit geriebenen Karotten haben wir sowohl optisch als auch geschmacklich einen besonderen Akzent gesetzt. Danach haben wir sie in den Ofen gegeben und mit Karottensalat und Kartoffelsalat serviert 🔥 Today, we made leek dolma for Iftar on our Ramadan table – but in a very special way! 😋 We shaped the leeks into a telescope form and filled them 🔭 Grated carrots added a special touch both visually and in terms of flavor.
