Setting the table for my mom’s birthday dinner ❤️

Wishing those that observe the month of Ramadan a Ramadan Kareem. Today I made what I call " Date boats" . Half dates filled with the honey roasted pecan and dates filled with Dubai chocolate filling of pistachio cream and kataifi. I topped them with dark chocolate, I added white chocolate to some and finished it off with crushed pistachios and dried rose petals. Perfect treat!
