You are strong enough for the muscle up but… You are missing Proper technique. The muscle up is easier than you guys might think. I guarantee you that if you can do 10 pull ups I would be able to get you to lean a muscle up. I would do that by putting you through a series of technique focused movements and repetition. When you put it all together and with a kip up, which is by bringing your knees to your chest and pushing the bar in front of you, you would be able to get this in no time. Some tips that have helped me 🔑⬇️ ☁️ Focus on keeping your body & centre of gravity over your wrists ☁️ Aim to look & lean forwards, not downwards ☁️ Use an elevated surface at the start for more leverage ☁️ Practice the progressions, aiming to reduce the elevation & extend your legs out more over time ☁️ Building push strength helps! Practice push ups, negatives etc ☁️ Also make sure to warm up your wrists adequately beforehand, to reduce risk of injury!
