Prioritise sleep Good sleep = better performance, more energy, and the motivation to move your body. Don’t skip it. 4. Move in a way that feels good Falling in love with your daily movement is a game-changer. If you dread your workouts, try something different. Tailor your sessions to your fitness level — it shouldn’t feel like a chore.
