This is a LONG video, but hopefully I’ve helped in a way! Key points: • Make your cover letter more personable! It’s your opportunity to stand out and show off your personality! If you’re applying for creative roles, get creative with your cover letter - don’t worry about it sounding overly corporate! • Clean up the colours of your resume! I’m sorry if my comments offend you, but it’s currently giving Australia Zoo vibes! Keep it plain and simple and have one feature colour if you’d like! • I’d change up the overall layout of your resume, it’s very wordy at the moment - you’ve got all the right info there, I’d just make it a little more ‘to the point’ when it comes to highlighting your skills, keep in mind people will read your resume for 2 seconds, so you want to make it super easy to find all the info they need!
