bake an almond sponge cake with me 🫶 & stay tuned to see how I fill and decorate it 💞 Recipe: 4 eggs (room temp) 190g powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 225g almond flour 1 tsp baking powder 30g all purpose flour Whip eggs, powdered sugar, and vanilla on medium-high speed for 10mins until pale and doubled. Add in almond flour, baking powder and all purpose flour, fold it in carefully without deflating the batter. Bake at 350F or 180C for 20-25 mins or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
