Some of my favorite postpartum core exercises 💪🏼 The reason my core has the strength It does now after 2 kids is because I stayed consistent with most of these after my 1st pregnancy, during my 2nd pregnancy, and now, 18 months postpartum. I will always add deep core exercises into my routine no matter how many months postpartum I am! Try to add these into your routine - choose 3 and perform a circuit! Save this and tag a friend below! On top of core work, to lose fat and build muscle I’ve eaten in a slight deficit, I’ve lifted weights 4-5x a week with progressive overload, & sprinkle in cardio 2-3x a week.
