Greek Chicken Bowl 🐓🔥🌿 Hands down one of my favorite meals to make! It's easy, simple, packed with fresh ingredients and loaded with flavor! Plus the leftovers are great for meal prep! FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS - ~3 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs Chicken Marinade: - ~1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil - ~1.5 cups fat free greek yogurt - ~1/4 cup fresh mined garlic - ~2/3 cup fresh chopped dill - Greek seasoning blend of choice (I used @SPICEOLOGY Greek Freak) - Salt & pepper - Zest of 1/2 a lemon - Juice of 1 lemon Tzatziki: - ~2 cups fat free plain greek yogurt - ~1.5 tbsp fresh minced garlic - ~3/4 cup finely diced cucumber (skinned) - ~1/2 cup fresh chopped dill - ~1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil - ~1-2 tbsp fresh lemon juice - Salt & pepper to taste Cucumber Tomato Salad: - ~2 cups diced cucumber (skinned) - ~1.5 cup diced tomatoes (seeds/guts removed) - ~1 cup finely diced red onion - ~1/3 cup fresh chopped dill - ~1/3 cup fresh chopped parsley - ~1.5 tbsp fresh minced garlic - ~2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil - ~2-3 tbsp red wine vinegar - Salt & pepper to taste Rice: - 2 cups jasmine rice (washed) - 3 cups chicken bone broth - ~4 tbsp garlic ghee Toppings: - Crumbled feta Note(s): Measurements are estimated, adjust ingredients to your liking. DIRECTIONS 1. Add the chicken to a large bowl along with the marinade ingredients and mix till well combined. Cover and place in the fridge for at least an hour or up until overnight. 2. Put together the tziki sauce and place in the fridge until ready to serve. 3. Put together the cucumber tomato salad and place in the fridge until ready to serve. 4. Make the rice according to package instructions but substitute water for chicken bone broth. Once done, mix in the ghee. 5. Grill the chicken over medium-high heat for 15-20 minutes flipping half way through until the largest piece reaches ~185°F internal. 6. If you want to take your breakfast game to the next level, go get some Truff Sauce from a local grocery store near you! #TRUFFpartner FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS - Asiago bagel - Extra virgin olive oil - ~16 oz bone-in ribeye - Seasonings: Salt, pepper & garlic powder - 3 eggs - Cheddar cheese - Avocado - EBTB seasoning - Truff sauce DIRECTIONS 1. Pat the steak dry, coat in olive oil then season both sides with salt, pepper and garlic powder. 2. Get a large skillet going over medium-high heat and add in 1-2 tbsp of ghee. Sear the steak for about ~3-4 min per side or until it reaches ~130° internal. Remove and let rest for ~10 min before slicing. 3. Toast your bagel in the steak residue. 4. Scramble up the eggs in a bowl the pour them in the skillet. Let the eggs cook over low heat until firm and cooked through then fold them into a square and top with cheese. 5. Add the avocado to a bowl, smash it up and season with EBTB seasoning. 6. Shredded Chipotle Beef 🔥🌶️🥩 This beef right here is flavor packed and so easy to make. Also GREAT for meal prepping. Use it for tacos, bowls, whatever you want! Very similar to Chipotle's barbacoa! FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS - ~3 lb chuck roast - Seasonings: Salt, pepper & garlic powder - ~1-2 tbsp of ghee - 2 bay leaves (Braising Liquid: Blend all ingredients together) - ~1.5-2 cups beef broth - ~2-4 chipotles in adobo sauce - ~1-2 tbsp of adobo sauce - ~2 tbsp of minced garlic - ~2 tbsp of apple cidar vinegar - Juice of a lime - ~ 2 tbsp cumin - ~ 2 tbsp mexican oregano - ~ 1 tbsp onion powder - ~ 1 tbsp garlic powder - ~ 1/2 tbsp salt - ~ 1/2 tbsp pepper Note(s): Measurements are estimated, adjust ingredients to your liking. If you prefer spicier, add extra chipotles to the braising liquid. I personally don't like it to spicy so I only added 3. DIRECTIONS 1. Prepare the braising liquid and set aside. 2. Pat the chuck roast dry and season heavily on all sides with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Sear in ghee or oil of choice on a large skillet for 3-4 min per side on medium-high heat. 4. Pour a layer of the liquid in the bottom of the crockpot then add in the chuck roast. Pour the rest of the liquid in and add the bay leaves. Cook on high for 4-6 hours until tender and start to falls apart. 5. Remove and let cool for a few minutes then shred it up. Add some of the broth over top. 6. Maple Bacon Jam Deviled Eggs 🔥🥚🥓 I might be biased... but these were some of the best deviled eggs I've ever had! An insane combination of flavors with every bite! If you're looking to impress family and friends, I recommend you give these a go! FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS Deviled Eggs: - 8 eggs - ~1/2 cup avocado mayo - ~3 tbsp dijon mustard - ~1 tbsp hot sauce - ~2 tbsp chopped chives - Salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder & smoked paprika to taste. Maple Bacon Jam: - 12 oz package of bacon - 1 yellow onion diced - ~1/4 cup maple syrup - Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Toppings: - Chives Note(s): Some measurements are estimated, adjust ingredients to your personal preference. DIRECTIONS 1. Hard boil the eggs by carefully placing them in a pot and filling with water until the eggs are ~2 inches under water. Bring the water to rolling boil then put on the lid and turn off the heat. Let sit for 12 minutes then place the eggs in a bowl of iced water. 2. Next, make the bacon jam. Cook the bacon in a large skillet until nice and crispy then take it out and remove some of the grease. Add the diced onion and let sauté until they start to soften and carmelize. Chop up the bacon and add it back in along with the maple syrup and seasonings. Mix and let cook over low heat until thickens. 3. Remove the shells from the eggs then cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks. Add them to a bowl and smash them up then add in the rest of the egg mixture ingredients. Mix till well combined. Regardless, you will not be disappointed!🫡 FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS (3-4 servings) - ~1.5 lbs XL peeled & deveined shrimp of choice (I used Wild Caught Gulf Shrimp) - Extra virgin olive oil - 2 tbsp minced garlic - 2 tbsp of the chipoltes in adobo sauce - Taco/fajita seasoning of choice (I used @lanesbbq Fiesta Seasoning) - Cooked jasmine rice Creamy Chipotle Lime Sauce: - 3/4 cup fat free plain greek yogurt - 1/2 cup sour cream - 2 tbsp avocado mayo - 1 canned chipotle pepper - 1 tbsp of the chipotles in adobo sauce. - juice of 1/2 a lime - 2-3 tbsp of honey - Salt and garlic powder to taste. Slaw: - 2 cups shredded red cabbage - 2 cups shredded green cabbage - 1 cup shredded carrots - 1/2 red onion thinly sliced - 1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro - Juice of 1 lime - 2 tbsp olive oil - 2-3 tbsp honey - Salt & garlic powder to taste Additional Toppings: - Diced avocado - Grated Cotija - Fresh chopped cilantro Note(s): Measurements are estimated. Either way you will not be disappointed!🫡 FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS - ~1.5 lbs XL peeled & deveined shrimp of choice (I used wild caught Argentine Red Shrimp) - Extra virgin olive oil - 2-3 tbsp of the chipoltes in adobo sauce - 1/4 cup honey - Seasonings: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and smoked paprika. - Cooked jasmine rice Chipotle Honey Yogurt Sauce: - 1.5 cups fat free plain greek yogurt - 1 canned chipotle pepper - 1 tbsp of the chipotles in adobo sauce. - 1/4 cup of honey - Seasonings: salt, garlic powder, onion powder & smoked paprika all to taste. - Add water based on your desired thickness Mango Salsa: - 2 cups mango diced - 1 red bell pepper diced - 1 jalapeño diced - 1/2 red onion diced - 1/4 cup chopped cilantro - Juice of 1 lime Toppings: - Avocado slices - Chopped cilantro Note(s): All measurements are estimated, adjust ingredients to your liking. FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS - 2 ~16 oz NY strip steaks - Extra virgin olive oil - 2 tbsp @4th & Heart garlic ghee - 1 lb brussels sprouts - 1 large sweet potato - 1 red bell pepper - 1 medium sized onion - @Lanes Bbq Supreme Steak Rub - Seasonings: Salt, pepper & garlic powder - - Chopped parsley (garnish) Creamy Horseradish Sauce: - 1/2 cup light sour cream - 1/4 cup @Chosen Foods avocado mayo - 1 tsp apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp dijon mustard - 3 tbsp prepared horseradish - Seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder to taste. Note(s): All measurements are estimated, adjust ingredients to your liking. Cook steak to your personal preference, DIRECTIONS 1. Dice and cut up all of the veggies then add to a large bowl. Drizzle in olive oil and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix till well combined then place on a lined baking sheet and roast at 400° for ~30-35 minutes. 2. Let the steaks come to room temp, pat dry with paper towels then coat in olive oil and season generously on all sides with the steak rub. 3. Get a large skillet going over medium-high heat.
