New Squat Challenge ✨

London Marathon did not go as planned 😭 & I’ve already cried my tears (in the medical tent) that I didn’t get to showcase my running in my first marathon the way I wanted! We didn’t have a lot of time to prepare for this but we did - my family & friends rallied around and got me ready for this in the short amount of time we had - I did the mileage, ate the carbs & downed the electrolytes with no issues and I was going into this prepared & excited! & for the first 15km it was great, I was on track and feeling good & and that’s the last thing I remember before suddenly throwing up and hobbling off the course at Tower Hill with a sore hip 🥹 I am gutted to say the least, I felt great and was ready to run fast but today just wasn’t my day and that’s ok 😭 it just means I’ll need to go again next year but even better 🙏 all things considered I’m grateful that I’m ok & I’m beyond grateful to my best friend who sacrificed her race to stay with me and make sure I was ok ❤️ also to you guys thank you for all your support in the training and this morning, we have so many messages from you all and I will try and get back to every single one of you ❤️❤️ Grateful I even got the chance to be on that start line today - London you were great & let’s hope we have the chance to come back for redemption next year and for my medal🚀
