Bonus - this recipe bags a whopping 50g protein per serving! 😮💨 Macros 447 calories 50gP / 3gF / 56gC Serves: 2 Shopping list ✍️ * 350g chicken breast, cut by into tenders * 4 tsp soy sauce * 2 tsp Chinese five spice * 1 egg white * 30g cornflour * 400g potato, cut into fries * Salt & pepper * 60g white onion, diced * 1/2 red, yellow & green pepper, diced Method Season the chicken tenders with 2 tsp soy sauce and 1 tsp Chinese five spice. Dip into whisked egg white then the cornflour and set aside. Place the diced veg at the bottom of the large Ninja CRISPi glass container, mix then add the fries on top spraying with oil. Place the large Non-Stick Crisper Plate on top then place the chicken on it. Spray with more oil and air fry for 15 mins.
