#ad low-carb salmon “sushi” rolls 🍣🥒 find @egglife egg white wraps in the refrigerated section at a Target, Whole Foods, and Aldi near you! #ad all you need is⬇️ ⚪️2 everything bagel egg life egg white wraps ⚪️1 ounce cream cheese ⚪️1/4 English cucumber, cut in thin strips ⚪️1/2 avocado, thinly sliced ⚪️2 teaspoons Japanese mayo ⚪️siracha, to taste ⚪️2-4 slices of smoked salmon ⚪️seaweed snacks Lay out two egg life egg white wraps. Spread cream cheese across the center of each egglife wrap. Add the cucumber, sliced avocado, smoked salmon. Top with mayo and as much sriracha as you like. Roll each wrap tightly and slice into 4 bite size pieces. #ad braised chuck roast rigatoni bake using @Kettle & Fire 🥫🧀 #ad Heavily influenced by @haileecatalano with this one 🙏🏻 1 chuck roast, trimmed 1 (16.9 oz) container kettle and fire beef bone broth 2 jars sauz wild rosemary marinara 1 yellow onion, diced 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 box protein rigatoni 2 cups mozzarella cheese 1-2 tbsp olive oil Salt & pepper Trim & sear chuck roast in its own fat + oil for 20 min until browned. Add onion + garlic, deglaze, then stir in the wild rosemary marinara + use the entire container of bone broth to clean the jars! Nestle roast back in, cover, and bake at 400°F for 2.5-3 hrs until fork-tender. Skim fat, shred beef & mix back in. Mix the sauce with one box of protein rigatoni, layer in a casserole dish with + mozzarella in the middle & on top. Bake at 400°F for 20 min until golden.
