If that's true, then my soul must be a very old one. And does it still count if I taught it to myself? Because this kind of handwriting can be learned. #handwriting #writing #handwritinganalysis #write #caligraphy #letter #lettering
Handwriting is an art worth learning. It’s something we use every single day, which makes it all the more meaningful to bring more beauty, intention, and attention into it. The best part? It’s not difficult at all. It’s something anyone can learn, with ease and joy.✨🖋️ #handwriting #writing #calligraphy

That’s why this club exists — to keep something so timeless, so personal, alive. 💕 If you’d like to be part of it, you’ll find the sign-up instructions in my bio. 1. Use your mind to create a new reality of yourself—a new version, a new identity. Who is this person? What does they do? How do they live, think, act? Write it all down in detail. Create the version of you that you long to become. If you can describe it clearly, you can start living it—it shows you how real it can be. 2. Catch that one thought that’s been looping in your mind lately. Write down everything about it—how you feel, what you think, what happened, why it might’ve happened. Empty it onto paper so it’s no longer stuck in your head. This helps you clear mental clutter and gain emotional clarity. 2. Pick a topic you find interesting and think critically about it—like you’re writing an essay. No outside sources—just your own thoughts, beliefs, and experiences. What do you really know or feel about this? Challenge your perspective. This sharpens your thinking and deepens self-awareness. #journal #journaling #writing
I’ve been writing for my blog Enlightenments on Substack lately, and thought I’d film a few quiet moments for you. Over the past weeks, I’ve been reflecting on what it means to feel deeply in a world that teaches us to hide our sensitivity, on how we often see things not as they are but as we want them to be, and why we block emotions, and how to gently release them and detach from others without closing off our hearts. #writing #write #asmr
